If you've been planning a while

You already know how easily the day disappears.

Most couples don't lose their wedding to a bad venue. They lose it to a thousand small handoffs — and a Saturday they end up managing instead of marrying.

  1. i.

    The ten-vendor scavenger hunt.

Florist, caterer, planner, DJ, photographer, videographer, transport, rentals, bar, bakery. Ten contracts. Ten timelines. Ten different ideas about what "on time" means. And only the two of you holding the whole picture.

  2. ii.

A weekend scattered across the county.

Three hotels. Two AirBnBs. A rehearsal dinner thirty minutes from the ceremony. The college roommate you fly in to see — you'll have nine minutes with her, between the cocktail hour and the seating.

  3. iii.

    Showing up as a manager.

A phone in one hand on the morning of, mid-text with someone about the linens. The first dance you spent half of worrying about the cake. The day you came to be present at, watched from a foot outside it.

Here, you come back to each other.

Where relationships begin, deepen, and last.

Slow down. Reconnect. Celebrate what matters most.

A sanctuary for gathering, celebration, and renewal.

The barn, mid-summer
A bouquet of white roses and peonies
The recessional
A kiss under the veil
The morning of, champagne
A note from the estate

We built it for the minute-forty-five feeling.

Sixteen years ago we set out to fix a single problem: the wedding day that gets managed instead of attended. Twenty-four acres, eleven suites, one renovated barn, one manor house — and one team that does all of it, on payroll, every weekend.

What couples notice on a long Saturday — the kind of thing you only feel at minute forty-five — is that nothing about the weekend is being coordinated by a stranger. That's the difference. It's the whole product.

How it works

Three steps to a wedding you're actually present at.

  1. 01
    Thirty minutes — Zoom

    Book a Vision Session.

A casual conversation about the wedding you're imagining. No pricing pressure, no obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you — and point you somewhere we think is.

  2. 02
Half a Saturday — on property

    Walk the twenty-four acres.

The ceremony grove. The barn. The manor. The suites where your people will sleep. The path your guests will walk between dinner and the dance. You leave knowing exactly what you'd be saying yes to.

  3. 03
    One contract — one number

Sign once. Don't think about vendors again.

The team you met is the team that shows up Saturday. No add-ons buried in the small print, no separate florist contract to chase. One number on the contract. From there, our team holds it.

Don't be the manager

Be the bride. Be the groom.

Thirty minutes on Zoom is all it takes to know whether Zion Springs is the answer. We'll be honest either way.
